DISPATCH

All orders are dispatched by Royal Mail within the UK. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your order and displayed at checkout.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday. We aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days, though during peak times it may take up to 7 days. Thanks so much for your patience during busy periods!

You'll receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number if applicable. Please check your spam or junk folders if you don't see it.

UK SHIPPING OPTIONS

At checkout, you’ll be able to select from three shipping options:

  • Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1PM
  • Royal Mail Tracked 24 – next working day delivery aim with full tracking
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48 – delivery aim of 2–3 working days with full tracking

All tracked services include a tracking number so you can follow your order's progress. As many of our pieces are unique or made to order, we recommend using a tracked service for peace of mind.

Please note: Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until 10 working days after the dispatch date. If your order hasn’t arrived after this time, please email us and we’ll assist you in resolving it.

GENERAL INFO

  • Please ensure your shipping address, email, and phone number are correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect information.
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details (check spam/junk folders).
  • If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us before dispatch so we can update it.
  • If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional postage costs may apply.

RETURNS

If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please email us at deviousdecorsales@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and reason for return. We’ll confirm the return address.

Returns must be sent back in their original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
