Can I track my order?
You sure can! Every shipping option we offer includes tracking—because most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind and irreplaceable, and we want you to be able to follow your order every step of the way.
When will my order be dispatched?
Great question! We dispatch orders daily from Monday to Friday. Usually, it takes 1–3 working days for your order to be sent out. During particularly busy times, it might take up to a week—but we promise it’s worth the wait. You'll get an email as soon as your order is dispatched, complete with tracking info. (Quick tip: If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder just in case.)
Can I change my address?
Of course! If you've entered the wrong shipping address, please email us ASAP—as long as your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we can update it for you. Sadly, if an order goes missing due to an incorrect address, we won’t be able to refund it. But if the parcel makes its way back to us (fingers crossed!), we’ll happily get in touch to arrange redelivery (additional postage will apply).
When do you update the store?
Ah, our store updates! We don’t have set schedules for new releases or restocks—it’s more of a "when it's ready, it drops" vibe. The best way to stay in the loop is to follow us on social media, where we announce every update and give you sneak peeks behind the scenes.
